We have found that often times, the host of a party needs additional help with their event - from planning to setting up and clean up.
The Catering Carnival offers these services at a personal level. We are able to offer assistance based on your budget and need - for example, last year, we were approached by Fred Segal. They needed someone in Los Angeles to help coordinate their event with Wrangler, as well as take care of the catering for it. We obliged. We handled the coordination and set up of their bar, rental and set up of carnival games, set up of the food as well as event staff (waitresses/waiters/bartenders), and assisted with clean up.
Some events require less help than this - for example, many of our catering jobs end up needing table rentals or chafer rentals.

We do our best to offer a professional set up for your event. We understand that sometimes budgets are tight, and make sure to never compromise food quality. We can, however, cut costs by using disposable trays to serve your food in.
We always offer reusable rental equipment - glass drink dispensers are a huge hit for any event! We also offer plastic pitchers, for those who are on a tighter budget.
We offer stainless steel chafers, as well as wire chafers for those who want to cut costs. Many of our clients actually opt out of having chafers, so if you are on a budget, that may be something to discuss with Kelsea when booking!
